    Is it just me or is that description puzzling. Car was loaned to MGM "Possibly" for film work, but the film was released prior to the car's completion. Last paragraph describes it as one of the most original and correct cobras known, yet it was painted red at some point, had fender flares and has been restored... a bunch of double speak if you ask me.

    Yes, it comes across that way. I cleaned up the ad a bit from when the guy that wrote it did. The release date of Viva Las Vegas in the U.S. was May 20, 1964, and the car was completed on May 26, 1964, so it definitely didn't see any "film time" in the movie, but possibly as a publicity car for FoMoCo in Sebring, FL the months following the movie release.
