If Chevy commits to building the Z06 with reduced weight and a 600 hp+ NA V8 I’m in all day at 150k. I’ll be buying nothing Exotic in 2020 in anticipation of this. The mid engine vette is a huge improvement, but a Z06 made in that ethos would be a real exotic killer

I remember when they showed this sound clip I agreed it was a plane crank over a year ago. Sounds great, better than the Ferrari 488 GTE turbo!!! I have to say the Ferrari 488 GTE sounds pretty bad compared to the screaming Porsche's now in IMSA. The C8R might be the best sounding of all, we will see. I miss the 458 GTE's sound !! The street 488 sounds like a V8 Subaru :)

Yep if they actualy build such a car, nit just the motor but the lighter weight(sub 3200lbs wet) and a real stiffer platform, Im a buyer too for 150k.

The sound is pure bliss. The mic is terrible, but it’s easy to see where this is heading. Do want.
