I would think they have a way for me to reset it,say if it happened at a restaurant, etc? it seems to be one thing after another.

Contacting Ferrari is probably your worst option - reading some of the multiple fob threads in the 360 section might help

Have you tried one of the other to fobs ?

Do you have the small sheet with your PIN code ?

There are dozens of threads on this subject in the 360/430 forum. One that is current today.

Contact Gobble (Mark) here on FC and he can get your fob working again as well as supply new fobs and get your immobilizer PIN (different than your radio PIN) so you can be back to what was supplied by Ferrari for your 360. He does everything for much less $ than Ferrari and has a very fast turn around time. His website is: https://www.ferrarifobs.com/

I had Mark help me with my fob count. I had one black, and one red. The factory issue was two blacks and one red. The red is the master. I you have the red one I think are ok to add a fob at home. It is pretty dicey with changing the master code. In my case, since I had the factory alarm code, he sent me two fobs. One black to keep, and return the red one . He also sent a code that matched the red fob. You can’t clone one fob without cloning the set. Basically you change the to the new master code thats matched to his red one then change it back to the original using your red and then bring the two black ones into the rolling code . Overly complex to setup given today’s electronics, but the best they could do at the time for preventing a thief from adding his fob to match you system and turning your alarm off.

Worst case you’ll need to send the fob, the code if you have it, and the immobilizer module to Mark.

Mark is very helpful and cost is worth every penny.
