the shop manual does not have any detail regarding geometry of body panels and/or information about the geometry of suspension components in relation to the body.

is there a separate manual for this information?

As far as I know suspension geometry is in the WSM and its the suspension points relative to ground, there is nothing outlining wheel gap etc if that's what your asking? Lowering or raising the coil overs will alter the fender gap but the correct way to measure is suspension to the ground the fender gap is a function of chassis rake and balance its not a cosmetic thing, you can't alter the body height without altering the suspension settings.

All the chassis machine companies have them in the correct format for their measuring systems.

Ohhh geez sorry to hear this. Musts have had some impact I imagine. One thing you can do it measure left to right. Using the rear sub frame you can put a square on it and do the same on the other side. Then you can see the intersection angles from the sub frame to the control arms at various depths on the sub frame.

^^^^ comical, but not comical: emergency brake not set properly and car rolled down driveway and hit neighbors concrete mail box.

there must be blueprint style images available with proper measurements?

i see makes sense, if a car gets in an accident and they put it on a frame straighter they have to have chasis triangulatuon dimenrions.

You can certainly measure a 1 inch variance with hand tools just too see mind you, but not mm of variance.

^^^^I was able to remedy my situation with information found in the standard WSM. what helped the most, was triangulating dimensions
from numerous points on the chassis. this allowed me to pinpoint what needed to be done. hope this helps.
