Ok, I like a lot about the car, but what I don't get is the placement of the Cavallino on the rear of the car. Odd.

    Saw the car in person.
Assetto package painting for me is too busy and adds nothing to original car.
Some said real car is better than photo and Ferrari always looks better in person but this car is identical as picture.
Disappointed and glad I didnt order AF package.

You said before you would order a simple build spec and not keep the car for a long time. Is that still the plan?

Yes it is the plan. Lease the car and sell it within 1 year. 812 gts will be a keeper along with tdf and pista spider.
812 coupe will be gone for sf90 and sf90 will be gone for 812 gts. Until imaginary 812 aperta arrives, I might add portifino coupe. But that is the plan for next 2 years.

Does anybody know if the engine alone can recharge the battery on an extended drive? For instance, if I drive 500 miles one day and want to be all electric while passing through towns, will it recharge in between or do you have to plug in only to recharge?

    Of course. Regenerative braking also.

Awesome! So I would not be constrained to plugging in periodically while taking a trip! That is awesome and something that has not been made clear before. I doubt regenerative braking will add much, but every bit counts I guess!

From what it seems, they have different drive modes, if you use most of them, you will recharge the battery as you drive. But E only, obviously not, and Qualify = damn the torpedos! use it all and use it now! So that will deplete your battery, and my guess is then it will go into one of the other modes.

I wonder if there is a metric that puts some numbers to it. For instance, at 75 mph cruise ICE only, for every 60 miles, you recharge 5 miles of E only. Just curious?

And I’m thinking those metrics will be good to know when we are talking about a hybrid GT.

It depends on the driving demands. If you get to floor it all the time, depending also on the setting, it won't recharge as much as when you are just cruising around. Also, this is not a GT, it is a serious supercar.

Has anyone seen what tyre size and model is used on the SF90? Thinking whether it will rely on 488/F8 size rubber for all that power, or if it runs something more along the lines of GT2RS or 812.
