Got the car back from the detailer. Absolutely flawless! Whole car clear bra/ceramic coat. All of the carbon polished and coated including inside. They even used a single piece of PPF for the whole roof including A and C pillar, edges all tucked under weatherstripping. I've never had anyone do that that before. Finally, there's a shine you can see from outer space!!! These guys put the details in detailer! More pics to come when the weather is better. I love that they are making so many of these things...normally I'd say I want limited production for my cars but frankly it's the most beautiful car I own and the world needs to see as many of them as they can make. Now the sound...well that's another story!

You know it's funny, while it doesn't have that traditional engine driven Ferrari sound, I will say that the sound is quite intoxicating. To me, the car sounds (and feels) like a fire breathing dragon, what with all of the hisses, whooshes, and pops of the intake induction noise, turbo spooling up, and wastegate superimposed over the engine noise. It is less like an opera solo and more like a symphony. Not trying to turn this into a sound thread but just wanted to give a bit of counterpoint.

Our Tailor Made tricolore homage arrived at Ferrari of Atlanta yesterday. The new color, Verde Nathalie, is paired with a Bianco Sanae & Rosso Coburn stripe (thanks, Ian!) and "Posh Green" alcantara. Our initial inspiration was the Grigio Titanio on our 488 GTB which seemed to beautifully highlight the design. We set out to create a green version with a bit more gray and named it after my wife's hazel eyes. Will post better pics when I have them. Very excited to drive the Pista on street and track after hearing so many positive reviews from buddies like Caeruleus11 and ScrappyB. Cheers!
