Objectively it is just a slightly better Portofino, which makes it the second worst Ferrari on sale. You just happen to like the design. Technically it doesn't hold a candle to an F8.
Agreed. You put in a blender Jaguar’s F-type, Mercedes AMG GT, a Maserati Gran Turismo and Aston’s DB 11 and voilà you get a result reminiscent of all those cars with a result that could be any of those and wear any of those badges and people would ask “what brand is it from”. Not ugly, only generic, un-Ferrari. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
It’s a broad trend - look at the Porsche Taycan. The interior is really great when you sit in the car. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
In my opinion, that everything controls are tactile is a delay not an advance... Dfficult future for some people...
Hey guys, are there any technical information about ROMA? I mean full information about the car, like what kind of new technology they developed for this car, not some numbers, like height, length, width, weight or 0-100KM/H speed something like that.
so it will be cheaper than portofino? funny is that convertible portofino looks more aggressive and sporty when roma coupe looks more classic,
it will be best seller till SUV will come, Roma can be used as daily car, the edge of the trunk is very low, which makes it easier to load suitcases how big is trunk?
If roma have more space in back seats it would be great alternative/competitor for bentley continental but that would also have impact on Lusso sales
I doubt it is meant to hold an candle to an F8 when it comes lapping a circuit, but I would imagine the Rome will be a far nicer Ferrari to drive from London to the South of France than an F8. I also expect the base price to be somewhat lower tham the F8 too. There are Ferrari owners (including me) and potential owners who have no interest in a mid-rear engine car who will find this appealing. Will it sell like hot cakes I have no idea, but I'm glad that Ferrari is able to offer a diverse range of cars unlike Mclaren (and to a lesser extent Aston Martin) who can only rehash the same basic car in different clothes.
Who's gonna buy Lusso anyway, with or without ROMA!, nobody buys Lusso except those who need more cars, so more credits to get Pista or La Ferrari hha. And Ferrari knows that.
I'm afraid about future of Lusso, Lusso is great because it's V12 NA, when Lusso will be only avabled as turbo it will be dead, killed by amazing Roma ...
Does back section of boot pull out so long luggage can be accommodated in boot and passenger seats ? I assume that is what the leather tab is for.
