Saw this morning at Schedoni the first suitcase made for Mc Laren Speedtail luggage set: that's stunning and fantastic. It will have a very (VERY) high price, but Worth the money. And has the model name on each suitcase… ;)

    Hi Alberto,

As there seems to be a renewed partnership between Ferrari and Schedoni, do you think that there is any chance that Schedoni will be allowed to produce the old luggage sets again?

    Best regards,
    Werner

    Very cool. So bicycle?

Alberto please post a full set for 458 Spider. We now have a Rosso Dino 458 Spider. Can you find a set that will match this interior? Iroko

    Congrats
Hi David, congrats for that very nice car! It won't be easy to find a matching color set for that unusual Iroko interior. Do you want only the trunk set or also the cabin set?

    Ciao

Perhaps both or part. Also after looking at Iroko on line I wonder if it is the Chocoloti ot chocolate? Seems more brown? What other colors might work?

Today starts the restore of a very important Schedoni bag, part of a set made exactly 43 years ago (yes, fortythree) and "delivered" as a Christmas present on December 24, 1976. No, not the known one: There were two, this is a world premiere and it's official: the second was not for a 308, it was for a different car, a red Dino 246 GTS. It's a private untold story. I found it yesterday, in heavy used conditions, thanks to Mr. Mauro Schedoni and Mr. Lauro Malavolti help. Schedoni family will take part in this restore, that will have mr. Mauro Schedoni himself involved in the restore. Maybe there will be some "official" event or summary at the end of the process.

    More to come.

    Ciao

Some details of the present day conditions, just afters some cleaning.

This bag was part of the only ever made Dino 246 set, a set of four suitcases like the 308 one.

It was maufactured on November-December 1976, together with the 308 one and given as a Christmas present to a Mr. Schedoni relative (Mr. M. S.), exactly like the 308 one (given to Mr. F.F.) and as described on my book.

Mauro Schedoni still has some metal spare from the age, so we can change some with original spare of the age, if required. What to change will be decided together, as Schedoni is very happy of this finding.

The fun thing is that, despite It looks that this bag travelled a lot, it was found just some hundreds meters from Mr. Mauro Schedoni home.

It will be a problem to remove those two stupid stickers without damaging too much the leather surface.

    ciao

That is a very classy looking bag
Despite the advancement in automotive design and technology, I would enjoy luggage being made available which had a classic appearance such as this.

it looks like just an old bag proven by an heavy duty very long life, but it a piece of history and a milestone in the bespoke luggage sets. It will be an headache to be properly restored, but I'm still very happy to have found it.

    Thanks Albert.
It was nice chatting with Simone during this years FCA AE about his business during the weeks events and getting to know him. He was surprised to see the black luggage I presented saying it was quite rare.

The Schedoni award is beautiful and as the Awards Chairperson at this years FCA Annual Experience the Schedoni excellence award certainly stood out.

I have no idea of what they did, that's not me nor my home: it's the specialist shop that did the first step according with mr. Schedoni

I was wondering about that. It is obviously not Simones shop.
