    You are obviously delusional.

Senna didn’t need to play up or dress up anything while Hamilton goes out of his way to paint a bogus, highly exaggerated story of how his skin color made his racing career difficult when it made no difference, highly exaggerated story of how he grew up poor when in fact the family were well off and grew up in Stevenage...not even going to go on. Even with all of that bs, he has the internet & social media at his back yet can’t match the Senna example I gave you in terms of captivation.

I’m pretty certain at least 90% (most likely more) of the American population have no idea who Hamilton is; most will assume he’s part of some hip-hop artist entourage, it’s the only reason he could’ve sat at a table next to ours in San Francisco 2 years ago and NOBODY kicked up any fuss. No cameras, no reporters, no fanfare nada.

    Michael....Lewis........Pffffftttttt!!!......nobodies....... :p

    Some stats fer ya....

    Michael.......not bad:

    307 Grands Prix, 91 wins (29.64 %), 68 pole positions (22.15 %), 77 fastests laps (25.08 %)

    Lewis.......pretty good:

    250 Grands Prix, 84 wins (33.60 %), 88 pole positions (35.20 %), 47 fastests laps (18.80 %)

Senna was a different type of gladiator.
I believe he experienced racism also, more than likely didn't give a sh*t though.

Dude, stop acting like Senna was perfect without any faults, no F1 driver was, just take them as they are.
His former rival Fullerton gives his thoughts on Senna:

“I liked him, he was a nice kid, I just thought the way he dealt with that side of his racing and the way he dealt with his adversaries was too emotional and from my point of view that wasn’t the best way of handling it – but that’s the way he was, a victim of his own personality.

“His fans won’t want to hear it but he was intense to the point of reckless at times, certainly when he was younger, I saw him doing some crazy things but it was all because he was driven to succeed.”

Asked if he thought Senna had grown out of that by the time he moved into F1 in 1984, Fullerton replied: “I don’t think so, certainly not if you look at how he ran Prost off the track in Japan at the first corner in 1990 to win the championship, the year after Prost had done the same thing to him at the same circuit to deny him the title.

So stop pushing this agenda to paint a picture of Ham's shortcomings and not mentioning the good. Give me proof of Ham's family being wealthy, i'll wait. Like i said Ham has been on as many tv shows, magazine covers etc than any one before him, facts. If you don't like it, keep it to yourself. If you think Vettel or Riccardo or any other driver can sit next to you at a table in San Fran and immediatly people will rush over and cameras with rush over, you are sadly mistaking
Senna was still great with his faults, just take drivers as they are. They are human

I believe that when I see it.

Let's not forget that Toto Wolff is shareholder in the Mercedes-AMG F1 team !

So what? He was a shareholder at Williams too. ;)

I think Toto would fit like a glove in Maranello... I believe he would be the perfect boss.

Comedy at its best. An ontrack bully.
You never know what's happening off track... The thing is, it's the people that knew him off track said he was the greatest, not spectators. One driver even said if it wasn't for Senna stopping during a race after he crashed and helping him, he wouldn't have been alive.

It's also other people in the motor industry that said he dealt with predjudice. Not him.

Yes, at that time his wife had a testing role at Williams.
It maybe how she got it in the first place, but there was no real attachment at Williams.
But hToto Wolff's involvement at Mercedes is a lot deeper; he is the Boss, and the team and drivers have won 12 titles so far !!!

Opinions are subjective; you like, or you don't like someone. I didn't like Senna
But the stats don't lie... he was a bloody good driver.

    Exactly !
We just have to listen carefully camilleri and binotto and what they said few days ago
It's crystal clear they want to open a cycle with Charles Leclerc ( Michael Schumacher style )
To me Vettel is already out and they have no intention to take Hamilton or Verstappen.
Only real contenders are Ricciardo, sainz, Norris

It's quite simply a negotiating tactic from Ferrari (and Hamiltons) side. Ferrari can keep Vettel by offering him less for 2021.

Ricciardo to likely end up in the end.

Mainly agree but I'm pretty sure they don't want to keep Vettel anymore.
He is too expensive for what he has delivered until now
Quite a destabilizing factor inside the team either
Too emotional, completely unpredictable when things are worse than expected
Ricciardo is plan A ( rightfully)
