Fred, let me make it clear that ownership of any Ferrari is never a litmus test for participation here. We come here because we all share a love for Ferrari, or maybe even cars in general. Whether you own 20 LaFs , 10 F40s, or you *really* do own a kit car makes no difference to any of us.

The reason this has devolved into a pissing contest is that you pulled 'rank.' People are naturally calling you out on it. Still, people don't *really* care what you own, they are trying to understand which of two archetypes you are.

A person that is blessed yet has class and humility, such as many of our members here, such as @ttforcefed (owns a fleet of Ferrari including an F40) or a person that owns said blessings only to solicit envy. Further down the food chain, is a third persona, one that 'makes' up they own a car to solicit said envy.

Many here understandably assume you or the latter based on your past behavior. That is the root of the negative feedback you have been receiving.

 

Beating a dead horse, but trashing the Mondial is out of fashion.

Recommend you take a look at this video about 6 time Championship winner of none other then the F40 racing series, and what car he loves in his own words 'with a passion.'

 

I love the Mondial T, wish I had one.

 

If you go back a few posts, you'll find that I was the one that was attacked first. No one has to take that kind of abuse or disrespect even if they are low ranking members, which I am.

I never said anything negative about a Mondial, yet you persist on insisting that I did. It's great that you have a Mondial.

I replied to your posts and asked you a few questions about your Tributo party, would you mind answering those?

 

Once you guys are cool and back off, I will post real pictures of my garage and cars. I do well and have stuff.... there is no need to lie about it.

 

The first half of this thread was fun. The second half got weird. The over/under on Fred being an actual adult behind the account vs. a kid in a basement trolling swung wildly throughout the thread.

In many respects to prop up a YouTube channel. That's kinda weird for around these parts.

For the record I know three people with F40's. Two directly and one through this forum.
Each is as modest, professional and polite a guy as you would ever care to meet.
One hosts a "pit stop" party at his house / vineyard each year during our Ferrari drive.
He and his wife are the most gracious, down to earth people you would ever want to meet.

In fact I belong to several car clubs and, hands down, the most welcoming, non-judgemental and generous people are the Ferrari club members.

I am not saying you don't have one...but I am saying the people that I know that do, have a completely different persona than what you are portraying here.

We've beaten on you long enough. Post pictures if you like...it really doesn't matter anymore.
I know for a fact you won't clear the spring Tribunal Council Review Board.
