From description:

Whilst opening it to take photos for this sale, i noticed it has some pages that had stuck slightly, and had to be gently opened and you can see slight marks (i have been very honest and circled them in red in the photos).
Also some of the pages have marks where it seems the ink has marked the opposite page over time, also can be seen in the above photos (this is only on a couple of pages in the book).
