    Does anyone know where I can get the battery hold down strap for a model 6088. Loosened the screw and then it was gone. Have torn the place up looking for it.

    If they don’t respond by Tuesday, you’ll probably need to call them as well. While they have a pretty good parts and tools inventory, they aren’t always the fastest to respond to small orders. In my experience, they prefer to work with dedicated watch makers rather than hobbyists. They’re not rude or off putting, rather they will often ask for technical information about the movement to make sure you get the correct part.
