Is it time for gun control in Washington?

Having just spent 2 weeks in the California epicentre of American progressive politics, with a media that is foaming at the mouth with derangement over Trump, I can report that the cross section of people I met (from Mexican hot-rodders to a district court judge) seemed to be a long way from unhappy with the results he has achieved. They all expect Trump to win this year. I asked a lot of people, but not once did I hear "Bernie/Elizabeth/Joe will win".

The economy is incredibly strong, unemployment non-existent (beyond people who can't or don't want to work) and there is a palpable sense of "can do".

 

No... I believed it. That's the trouble with media and the internet. There's no accountability.

 

Excellent news. When he's finished there, can we have him here?

I find this interesting. It seems the Earth has its own mechanisms to generate large amounts of CO2 and methane without human intervention. Seems to work against the man made arguments that the chicken littles continue to spout. I get they will say that man is the catalyst but how would they really know over a 10,000 year cycle?
