Darkblue it is, not black. 14399, originally Marrone Colorado. Taken at Carrozzeria Cremonini in Lesignana near Modena, Italy. Marcel Massini
This doesn't seem like an Earl Scheib type of operation... Especially judging by the condition and value of what else is floating around there. Halfhearted efforts would seem to be the domain of weaker wallets than this place represents.
Just test driving around with ballast weights to get the (fully rebuilt) suspension/steering components settled prior to wheel alignment got done yesterday. Stopped by at a friends house and snapped few photo, including that one.
are there any pics of the pea green that was done on daytonas? that color must be the most repainted of all colors.
You mean Verde Germoglio 20-G-465? Three Daytonas were originally painted in this color and all three were U.S. versions and all three were delivered new to William F. Harrah's U.S. West Coast distributorship Modern Classic Motors (MCM) in Reno, NV/USA. That was in April and in December 1971. Marcel Massini
i know of one now in europe repainted gray/cuio and europeanized. any still wearing the nonmetallic pea green? must be the rarest of daytona colors?

#12575 was born Rame Metallizzato 106-R-49 (copper, like the ex Harrah Daytona #14169). It was then repainted Verde "Piselli" when Clay had it and later on he had it repainted red. I took these photos of Clay and 12575 on the 15th September 1983 in Modena. Marcel Massini Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
