    Is it me or there are a lot of Monzas in black? A shame, such a special car deserves to have equally special specs.

    {It's simple. If at least one of the top customers of Ferrari are willing to walk away from the 812 Monza thinking there is no money in the car, then for me buying second hand could be a financial disaster.}

    One person had this point of view regarding the Monza but very short sighted in my view... :(

    Which makes the assumption that top Ferrari clients only buy these if they believe there is money in them. Very short sighted indeed. Most of the top Ferrari clients simply don’t care about that, they maintain a relationship with the factory for decades and buy pretty much everything

    Isn't the next in Icona is the F40 remake? Or is it just old rumors?

    Partially true bc this car has the added downside of not being legal in the USA. So even if you don't consider money as a motivator, then you still end up with something that cant be used for a quick drive on Sunday AM unless you are ok getting a ticket or risking being denied insurance coverage if something happens to the car or you or a 3rd party or you would have to keep it in Europe and only drive it when you can fly over.

    As much as I adore the Monza, for Americans who love to drive their Ferrari, this one is a bit of a let down. I dont know if costs to homologate it here was too much but yeah..disappointing from Spa.

    But there is always the “show or display” exemption which has been granted for similar cars before. (e.g. Stirling_Moss). Once that’s done then drive it all you want. I’m sure that’s what Ferrari was thinking (why ruin the style when it can be exempted). What am I missing?

    Well, the car has to be granted show and display as I understand. I believe once one has, then it's easy but I have never done it myself so I dont know. It would be great if they get it.

    Good thing is it only takes one. Once one is exempt then all are. [emoji1360] Last exemption was granted in 2016. Not too long ago!

    This is a stunning spec...well done to the owner...I wonder what is the colour of the stripe and fin...on the photos it looks a little yellow-ish like Avorio or Grigio Ingrid, but it could be Argento messed up by the lighting...does anyone know?
