My 360 A/C fan blower is intermittent. It will turn on sometimes when I start the car, sometimes half way through a drive, and sometimes not at all. I know it is not a compressor issue, because I can hear the compressor engaging. It was also just recharged with fresh Freon. Whenever it decides to work, it blows ice cold a/c and hot on the heater setting. I do not have it set on any of the auto settings. I have ordered a new fan motor relay and I’m hoping that will fix it. Has anyone had this issue? Thanks

Mine did something like that funky. I'll bet it's not the relay or the control unit. I'll bet its' the MODULE. Below the dash, by your right foot is a black box that has two connectors on it. Only rub is hard to test and is an expensive unit. I bought my replacement unit on eBay used.

Thanks. How did you troubleshoot your system down to the module? I want to try testing it before I go throwing expensive parts at it!

    1. Disconnect and then reconnect the yellow (?) connectors on the control unit by your right foot on the blower inside the car. Might be corroded pin
    2. I can't remember if it was the two large wires on the right side that if you short them, that lets you know the ballast resistor is good.. ? (I remember doing this but can't remember exactly which connector on the right side of the blower unit.

I hate to punt it.. but I want to say there is a post on FChat about testing the blower motor and ac system..
