Not my most favorite concept.

 

When it (EFIJY) was first ballyhooed.... promoted...
I felt that it was a ripoff of the FAMOUS Y-Job.... and posted as much.

 

I have personal issues with doing a ‘retro’ concept.
Why? To what end?

 

Many years ago I was commissioned to recreate the EFIGY, fortunately (I think), that project fell through.
The GTR-X is very cool!

 

A lot of us had been holding out hope for the Holden Commodore ute concept to be reincarnated as the El Camino in America, but alas, that was not to be.

you didn't have to get the V8/6/4 you could have chosen the V6 or the 'Diesel"

 

I dig the Hurricane. Its a better looking Opal.

Bit blunt, but is it only me who finds the new corvette looks like a crappy replica of a crappy replica of itself?

 

2 of my neighbors work for GM and have been driving C8s all winter. Everytime I see them sitting in the driveways, they are looking better and better.

 

Whether one likes the design or not, I dont see it looking like 'crappy replica'

 

Don’t know, something (or all) about it really hurts my eyes. Really liked the C7 too

Lovely. I thought Citroen at first glance. Don’t quite know why.

 

Simplicity of design.
Hopefully ready for a comeback.......

 

My initial impression is that it looks like what Lincoln says they are striving for.

 

Looks too low to be a proper Lincoln. But that's just me.
The form language looks very contemporary to me.

 

It looks contemporary but also a bit too obvious. Maybe unrefined. Some areas are quite nice, like the top half of the front fender and into the hood. Subtle. The body side and rockers, not so much.
