Much depends on the definition of that word as you posted and those who interpret or design the contracts.

Oh no! Don't tell me that they can keep "postponed" past the 2020 end of year date and thus never pay back the tickets.

I'm expecting a refund for my Zandvoort paddock pass.

Among the asymptomatic, they were mainly older. Those under 50 were more often symptomatic. 50-59 is a wash. 60 and up more are asymptomatic.

Surprisingly Monaco, even though they delayed the bal de la Rose the most important social event of the year, are still hoping to organize the Historic Grand Prix May 8-10 and the F1 Grand Prix May 21-24. Now I loooove the Historic GP (10 times less people, no poseurs, wonderful cars) and always attend and cover the event for FML I fear that like with so many other events -and Monaco being between Italy the worst hit and France where numbers are rising rapidly: 800 new cases yesterday- they will have to announce cancellation of both sometime next month...but still they are about to begin the 6 week task of setting up the guardrails etc etc etc....
