Try this link but now for some reason the app says no data, I think it might be from too many people on it. I use the mobile version so I can move the map around so make sure you're not in desktop mode on a mobile phone. https://www.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html?fbclid=IwAR2bywM3cGKtwlM9lZob4wUuFAuccdRPBy8RZB-_YQRIvExM2ZkqSm3K_V4#/85320e2ea5424dfaaa75ae62e5c06e61
Much depends on the definition of that word as you posted and those who interpret or design the contracts.

Oh no! Don't tell me that they can keep "postponed" past the 2020 end of year date and thus never pay back the tickets. I'm expecting a refund for my Zandvoort paddock pass.
Interesting article thanks D. And bluntly put. apart from the tragic human consequences of the COVID-19 coronavirus epidemic, the economic uncertainty it has sparked will likely cost the global economy $1 trillion in 2020...
Can we send a bill to Beijing? Like free stuff from China's factories for everybody for a month or so?

Surprisingly Monaco, even though they delayed the bal de la Rose the most important social event of the year, are still hoping to organize the Historic Grand Prix May 8-10 and the F1 Grand Prix May 21-24. Now I loooove the Historic GP (10 times less people, no poseurs, wonderful cars) and always attend and cover the event for FML I fear that like with so many other events -and Monaco being between Italy the worst hit and France where numbers are rising rapidly: 800 new cases yesterday- they will have to announce cancellation of both sometime next month...but still they are about to begin the 6 week task of setting up the guardrails etc etc etc.... https://monacolife.net/monaco-grand-prix-going-ahead-as-planned/
