Problems with Ferrarichat app?

Hi guys

Anyone else having issues getting the Ferrarichat app to work? I'm on Android, and get an odd error message every time I try to open. It has been like this for a few days. Have reinstalled and all, but nothing works - can't even get to the main page.

Yep, same here.

 

It's forcing you to connect with Tapatalk which in my opinion is terrible. I to am on an Android and not sure if Apple products are having the same issue.

 

Yup. Don't want to do that.

 

It is technically a Tapatalk app, we will get in touch with them and figure it out

FYI, iOS version says this since last few days. “Demo version”.

But it still works normally as far as I can see.

 

What's the latest on this? It is still not fixed.

 

Sorry for not updating here already but should be cleared up next week. Just a licensing issue

 

So what's the latest? It still does not work.

 

Never installed the app. Simply use web based version on mobile
Still laggy AFA ad loadings, but that can be wifi/cellular related.

 

The app works MUCH better than running it web based on the phone.

 

Then why are all these folks noting issues?

 

Because we have to renew license, but they do not accept paypal and we are currently transitioning accounting and do not have new card

Notifications "bell" no longer work on App....

 

Is FerrariChat for Android dead? I had problems on my new phone so did an uninstall. Now I can’t see it in the google play store at all.

 

Must we have a huge justred.com ad in the middle of the home page?

 

I had one day where the app was not working but after that day no problem at all with it.

Neither Android or iOS apps are working. iOS one has log in pop up with info filled in but never logs you in. Android shows outdated topics & forums with a small white circle suggesting it it loading or updating but it never progresses past that.

 

Same problem with me on Apple.

Dealing with the same nonsense. So I logged out and now its telling me that I am not authorized to log back in. How do we fix this?

 

The tapatalk app has been withdrawn. There’s another thread running on this topic- I suggest everyone gives feedback there if unhappy.
