Citroen?

I’ve been car obsessed my entire life...like most the peeps here. I used to peruse road & tracks page by page from first year to most recent, hours and hours in well archived libraries. I may have run across this car before, but don’t remember it. I like the style a lot. Anyone seen one in the flesh?
