This car has been bouncing around for a couple years now. I checked it out and drove it a year ago. There's a reason it hasn't found a home, and it's not the conversion to manual which was done by an excellent shop. This car is just a little rough around the edges. Doesn't come through in the pics but it's had a bunch of paintwork and some of it wasn't done very well. Lots of blemishes, some curb rash, etc. It's in good driver condition, but none of the people offering it for sale have been willing to price it realistically. It's never been for sale in the $50's or $60's. I would have bought it for the right price.

I must be confused, but I was sure that car was cheaper at one time [emoji2369]. Seats are the only reason it is in the high 70’s then. If it is that edgy and rough, then it is a $60k car tops.....but those seats!

$93k USD for a 17k mile Spider is a bargain now?

$93k is strong money for a 355 spider in today’s panicked economy. I’m going to take mine for a extra special social distancing drive.

That’s a great result and well deserved.

If you read the description, the car had Tubi headers, new valves, and the owner had apparently taken care of everything that pains these car.

I think people are too hung up on red, 95s and non spiders.

wow, I raise my eyebrow to that, many spiders including some owned by those out here that were also not red fetched 25K less. Great color, great looking... makes one think twice about red, that's fabulous looking.

This BaT 355 was not an outlier. Not saying it's a trend, but not unique either:

    And both Grigio Titanio. :)

Those "in the know" about 355s are neither afraid of the service or deterred by all the internet gossip from the so called wannabees and knowitalls. These cars are no more sensitive than any model that came before it.

I have a feeling we will soon be seeing a lot of 355 spiders showing up on BaT

I am highly interested to see how the 355 spider will pan out for value in the coming decades since it was the first electronic convertible from Ferrari. All other spiders built before hand were manual versions.

Some people just prefer red, and don't like convertible tops at all. Save the Daytona (or extreme vintage), I'd never want a Ferrari convertible.

Nothing against red, I just think there are lots of color that the 355 looks better in. I have to question one's sanity if they don't like convertible sports cars. You're telling me you would want this? :)
