I -also have some questions!! Does anyone know exactly how many they made? From my info they made 3 including the prototype. Were 2 delivered to Brunei? If so the red one made it out? Ive seen recent videos of it driving around at some car shows. Does anyone have ANY information about the blue one? Is it still in Brunei? Paolo mentioned that there were 3 of these 'J's made. Two of them were delivered, the black car from the bottom photo, and the green car from the top photos. The third one was apparently destroyed in a fire. I'm unsure of the color on that one. Both are still believed to be in Brunei along with the rest of the XJ220 fleet.
My understanding is that Ferrari aquired the cars for the headlights for the portifino. Kidding of course.
From what I know regarding the Mythos there were: -> the original concept car -> a full-scale mock-up -> 3 to Brunei

This is a LHD car and has nothing to do with Brunei! Not every Testarossa Spider was intended for them, single cars were also made for other VIP clients...that black one was - iirc - new to Italy.
A red Ferrari LaFerrari crashed yesterday in Jerudong Park, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei - close to the 'Royal garages'. Seems to be one of the three 'Royal' LaFs. No other info at the moment. This might be it... plates BB1954. Prince Jefri Bolkiah was born in 1954. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Found another pic. Most probably it was crashed by Prince Abdul Hakeem Jefri Bolkiah, the eldest son of Jefri Bolkiah, Prince of Brunei and nephew of Hassanal Bolkiah, the current Sultan of Brunei. Instagram: @hakeemjefri Image Unavailable, Please Login
Meh..its a car. Sure a limited unit, but still just a car. Ferrari could build as many as needed. Honestly nothing special at the end of the day. Fix it, drive it, smash it again..
is that first picture of the ferrari from the collection!?! or is it from the showroom where it was brought too!?!? and is JB1 in that picture in the collection location or just from the shipping container?! omg this is huge!!
I actually don't disagree.. There are so many of these modern limited series.. They can all be rebuilt, looks at Rowan Atkinson's Mclaren F1 (albeit much rarer)
