    All cars have grown by roughly the same amount. My every day car is a C220 from 2008, and its the size of a new Ford Focus. All the safety stuff they now have to add.

    I remember well when Luca Cordero di Montezemolo said that he wants the 360 Modena to be big enough to accomodate a golf equipment.

    Similar thing has been pointed out with variety of “resurrected” car makes & models, like Fiat 500, Mini, etc with a reference “Obesity is a serious problem today” or something like that... :D

    My guess is the same in Switzerland. Here in the UK, parking spaces are still 1970s sized. And vehicles like Range Rovers take up the whole space, making getting out of the drivers door difficult. Not a fan of bigger cars, especially when rearward vision is restricted.
