    What's the thought on black roofs? My order hasn't been picked up yet and I'm going back and forth over Blu Corsa/black roof or Blu Elettrico. I like the look and contrast of a black roof, but Blu Elettrico is simply too dark for that to work. Thus, I would only do it if choosing Blu Corsa. Some might say skip the factory painted black roof and go with a wrap, but it just doesn't look the same if you get within 10 feet of a car. So, it's either factory paint or don't do it. Only concern is whether I might get bored with the black roof. Curious about the opinions from others??

    Personally I don’t care for the black roof thing. It does look better on some colors and others not so much. Obviously very subjective so the only opinion that matters for your car..is yours.

    I would never have the roof painted at the factory. First of all it’s expensive. Second when you go to sell the car, you’ll limit your buyer pool. Third, you might get tired of it. I had the roof on my Giallo couple wrapped in gloss black. I loved it on my Giallo car, but don’t like it all on Rosso Corsa. When I sold it, the buyer had a choice of whether they wanted it black or not. JMO

    I went for a test drive at Cauley in an F8 with bianco avus/ gloss black roof. Looked absolutely stunning to me. Low, sleek, exotic.

    I have the black roof on my 458 and wouldn’t have it any other way!

    Makes the car look lower and sleeker imo and I love the contrast it provides. Mine is Rosso Corsa with black interior.
