    Hi Matt,

Good memory, and your pretty darn close in everything. :) I was able to get fluids: oil, transmission, brake, air filters, lowering + fresh alignment, and headliner for $6k. Based on history, I was told the belt was good for a couple more years. I have not done the stickies, and I’m afraid of that project. Looks a like a ton of pieces to figure out how to take off + the cost having them refinished. Any chance anyone knows someone in NorCal who can do this and for a fair price?

Thank you! I wish mine was an OTO. This is my first Ferrari and I figured to spend a little less up front and save a few dollars for unknown repairs etc. I hope one day to get an OTO.

(I had Ferrari lower the stock suspension, and added the 599 rims)

The Russian car?! It's just gray. No two tone paint and no white line. Or are you talking about something else you did not properly quote/reply to.

Holy S*** that’s intense. Assuming or maybe hoping I wouldn’t have to do that much disassembly to get the stickies out.

George, it is actually two tone. IRAKLii provided the link in the below post. If you click on it and then click on the “All Pictures” link at the top right it has a lot of pictures of the car.

Back to the 2008 non-OTO question. Mine is a May 2008 production VIN 159857. It is Blu Pozzi/Cuoio with backup camera and cruise control and HGT2. Probably one of the very last non-OTOs.

Dear All, I understand that between 2007 and 2011, Ferrari produced only 540 Scaglietti OTO and 60 Sessanta. Not many people seem to know OTO numbers . Forza!

540 sounds too high based on the numbers we have for the US.

I will not argue. The numbers 540 and 60 are based on units Bose Media produced for 612.

Were those fitted to vanilla 612s as well as Sessantas and OTOs?

Where did you get your numbers 540 and 60 Bose Media units produced? I recall a comment posted here in Fchat, from someone claiming to having a conservation with a Bose rep stating that the contract was for a total of 400 Bose Media units, that would have been for the 60 Sessanta’s, early 2008 non OTO cars which apparently at least some had the Bose Media units, all the OTO cars plus spare part replacements. I guess there could have been a contract addendum after rep rep left the Bose company. But from the context the rep said a total of 400 units?

They certainly would have produced more Bose Media units than cars, both for spares and warranty replacements and because, I would be pretty sure, when they signed the contract with Bose, they expected to sell more 612s than they actually did, given the recession and financial crisis.

I was the one one who had the conversation with the guy who worked for Bose. It was a number of years ago, and without trying to search for that post, I'm pretty sure he told me 600 units. And you're right, he no longer worked for Bose so who knows if they produced more units later.

Along this theme, I've mentioned this in another thread. I have a full set of Sessanta luggage. When I toured the Schendoni shop Simone showed me a chart that listed the number of luggage sets that were made for each model. For the Seesanta 72 sets were made. Did they make more than 60 cars? Did some buyers order 2 sets? Did some execs at Ferrari just want a set for themselves? Who knows, but there were 72 sets made.

OK, I had thought it was 400 but you would better that I if it was 600. That said the 600 units were used on pre OTO 612s and some would have been for the 60 sesstannas, spares and warranty units. So still likely less than 500 OTO 612s produced assuming the 600 Bose units is valid limit factor and the contract was not added to at a later date.
