Nice. Like you I went with the standard wheels- ironic as it seems as if they are in the minority of cars...... You need to pin open your valves to get a little more low end growl out of the exhaust. It'd help with the attenuation by the GPF. Congrats.
I've quite a few Blu Pozzi Ferraris and the 812SF was one of the best looking! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I went with standard wheel but in dark matte grey color . I don’t like black wheels on red car . It is too much for me . There is a way to say where I live : it would have been a soccer player car . The design of one of wheel option is my favourite for optic but it fight with my essence as mechanical engineer . If I have a force ( reaction of the weight to the wheel ) I need to contrast that directly . One I prefer one stick goes against another stick at 90% and then to the hub . Nice to see but unacceptable for me even if they are properly calculated of course . Other forged Wheel with more frames no feeling . That’s why I went with normal wheels but dark matte grey . I love them
Very very nice and good looking. Even with shields and U.S. side markers. Thanks for posting. Marcel Massini

I used it today for 200 km . Really big improvement from F12 . Steering , gearbox , comfort are really superior . Sound even with GPF not less than F12 . I don’t know compared to 812 without GPF Image Unavailable, Please Login
Then there must be something wrong with the videos. Sounded hollow, lower in pitch and muffled by comparison with air blowing noise on initial acceleration off idle. Some should be showing up here.

Yes I had a White F12 before . I had so much fun with it and I thought it should be quite difficult to get something better . 812 is better steering , more power , same sound even if with GPF this one , more comfort for me ( I’m tall 6.8) . Gearbox is fabolous . Even in auto when you push it works great . On F12 auto must be used only when you go slowly , if you push it becomes funny .
I also had an f12 before i can tell you 812 without gpf has a much more pronounced sound starting from low rpm. On the f12 i loved the sound but you had to push it a bit to nake that f1-style sound that we love come out. On the 812 it feels more natural and louder all the way. Better driving experience, gearbox is another dimension and feels much more powerful. You really feel the extra power and it shakes your heart when you accelerate more than can be felt in the f12. Only point maybe is i sometimes feel the steering wheel on the f12 was a touch more precise..
Coming back home today having some turns and straight . Not pushing at all . Just achieved for a while 6000 rpm in 7 gear at 170 mph easy . I have 400 km now . Waiting to have more than 1000 km in order to wide open throttle Image Unavailable, Please Login
Really great great feeling .when you feel this , who cares depreciation ? I don’t . You live only once , there is no money you can pay for this feeling . Great car . Wonderful car
I wonder whether Ferrari will continue to make cars like that in the future at least in non limited fashion
