Anyone have their 812 GTS delivered yet? Pics of the cars and video clips of the exhaust would be much appreciated? Any and all would be awesome :). Thanks!

All that aside I think the shape is a bit awkward.. hmm. Its not the most beautiful Ferrari, and I have one order - those humps?!?

It looks better than the coupe in person.

I have seen it in person and would agree it looks better there than in pics. It's also highly sensitive to colour... the solid colours don't do the shape any favours and make the buttresses look large and weird. I am not 100% sold on the design either (although I have one on order) although I am glad they went for the two large buttresses; I think they are distinctive and add a wow factor. If they'd just had a flat rear portion it would look like just another convertible in side profile.... let's see what we all think in a few years but I think the design will age well....

Yeah good call, I almost feel like it needs some livery or something. Anyhow I love convertibles.. so all good here.

Looks good and sounds OK, not too muted but it's hard to tell because there was no real acceleration and that is where the best sound is.

I've seen both in person. Side profile roof up/down and rear views are certainly different in body styles to each other. One "better" looking than the other underscores the phrase: beauty is in the eye of the beholder! :)

...and that's a design miscue in these beholder's eyes.

No I don’t agree. The coupe’ is more aggressive from back view . GTS is like a 308 GTS with vitamine . Too flat plane from behind in my opinion . I thought to order one few months ago just for performances and because I’m in love with open roof but I thought since the beginning shape of the coupe’ is much better . That’s why I decided now to keep my 812 SF I got last week and to have a roadster on the side .

Best of both worlds! The mere mortals amongst us can only afford one V12 Ferrari ;)

Have seen the GTS in person. Color is more important with this model than say the F8.

Having said that, Grigio Alfieri, is what is called the Grigio GTS launch color. So it not an original shade designed for the new car.
I really liked the color and though it suited the GT character for the car.

The car I saw had a brown interior just like in the video. Upon much reflection, I found that it wasn’t what I would want, despite the fact that it seemed to work to my eye initially. But long term, not so much. There are better color options (IMO).

The trunk is an issue for me. The compartment is very short in height whichmakes it unexpectedly impracticable. Weird to say But the car isn’t a tiny sports car and as a GT car , it needs to fulfill a broader utility.

I liked it overall. Would I get it knowing that I will have an F8 spider in the same garage.

    Not sure.

    I need a V12 but being a bit of a dreamer would want a mid-rear layout.

That car would cost at least a million dollars more, if I would even be offered a chance to buy it.

So the GTS is quite a deal!

How many of you guys buy luggage? For those that do, do you prefer using that for some reason compared to other bags? Do you use it for some other purposes?

Did they have a press/demo car at your local dealership?
Did you see it before hand, or order sight unseen?
