    How come at 10:26 that the exhaust note sounds very bland but then at 10:33, it sounds a whole lot better, like they toggled the race button on the manettino switch.

    Or is it because there's a possible sport exhaust option that a lot of F8s wasn't configured with? ( you see it has black tailpipes rather than the generic silver ones) It could also be cosmetic but not too entirely sure.

    All optional Ferrari exhausts for the F8 are only cosmetic (different tips) - which does not mean there are no real aftermarket options.

    if you go to 10min44sec....there is (prototype?) Novitec F8...sound is spectacular and so are the wheels...

    Wow! Huge difference. I wonder if that’s a GPF and cat delete setup? If they somehow found a way to get that much volume without removing the filters, that would be a game changer.

    that’s a game changer! If all you need is a simple exhaust upgrade for that sound it’s now the perfect car. Btw, the Novitec exhaust on the Pista is amazing.

    F8 now sounds how it should with the full Novitec set up and lowered to remove that crazy high stock wheel gap. Only drawback is the factory warranty is history. It's a tough decision what to do there i'd say. Scmee is painful to watch as per usual but appreciate the viewing opp to hear how an F8 should sound. F8 looks much better with the Pista rims. The stock star wheel looks too small in dia for the car in comparison.

    Those aren’t Pista rims, they’re 22”/21” Novitec (Vossens) that have a similar design. I suspect Pista rims would also look too small once the car is lowered.

    Yes I was looking at their site. I don’t believe a remap is required, just plug in the “Novitec Techtronic” with the exhaust system. I don’t see any replacement pipes for the GPF, so I assume it stays in place, Just option on test pipes or high flow cats.
