    I’ve just updated the app. Message to Ferrari management: you need a new digital team. There is nothing worse than launching such an app and then have it be totally useless.
    I collected my new 812 last week. Apparently I’m still on a waitlist since April 2018. Hard since I ordered the car in December 2019. I never got any production photos, still “coming soon”. The gift that was ordered for me was never sent. The dealer in my profile is wrong and can’t be changed. Do I need to go on. Use some of that £365,000 I gave you to fix it for future clients.
    And yes ok, the car is completely awesome.

    It's embarrassing. I finally had to contact customer service to get my Cali not be listed as "sold". To their credit, they got right back to me saying they'd look into it. Within 8 hours. Still took their IT team a week or so to fix it. ‍♂️

    If the app is to continue (not) working as it is today, it would be better for Ferrari in terms of reputation to NOT have an app at all.

    Mine freezes still while loading. Can’t access anything for a month or so now. Haven’t heard of anything remotely similar with other brands who offer an app. Not even Dacia here in Europe, and their cars start at 8.500 Euros.

    Get used to it I have a Pista Spider since Nov 2019 and just got a sorry for the delay email. Ferrari do the hard things well and easy things are literally abysmal.

    OK. Now this really is embarrassing! I just loaded the Dacia app to my iPhone and despite my knowledge of Turkish being abysmal, I just configured in 15 seconds what I think is a pretty sweet looking Duster in resale red! [emoji23]

    Ahh, just another charm of the brand.

    Remember this car company is in a country where they go out to lunch for two hours and have three bottles of wine. The fact that their cars work at all is impressive. I think an app might be expecting too much. ;)

    Whoever they hired to develop this app, should be dismissed as amateurs. As above, unbeknownst to me I sold my car. Then I can't get rid of a ballon telling me I have a message (maybe its notifying me I sold my car?). I sure hope someone at FNA reads these forums and passes the feedback to Maranello.

    Must be a conspiracy against Texans. I have the same message balloon. Sent an email to customer support and got the "your Ferrari has been sold" problem fixed.
    The balloon issue? No idea! I can't get that to go away. Annoying as %@#!

    I bought a car, it showed up in the app and about a week later it shows I sold THAT car and added a different model I’ve never owned.


    I reached out to them three times about this with no reply, it still shows me owning a car I’ve never had
