    Houston friends,
My wife has graciously been parking on the driveway to support my car hobby but, as the temperatures rise, it's time to give her the garage space back.

We have secured a space in West Houston (Beltway 8 and I-10) with room to share. We are working to renovate it now (fully air-conditioned with security cameras and individual access) and it should be ready for cars in a few weeks. Not only storage but a lounge area too for social gatherings. It's not huge, I'm thinking 20 cars comfortably. Would be great to fill it with Ferrari's so my Scud isn't lonely! If anybody is interested in sharing, let me know.

PM sent. I don't want to post a price and have it be set in stone forever as prices will be somewhat fluid. Mostly just trying to offset renovation costs and have a garage away from home for enthusiasts kind of feel. It won't be the cheapest in town but competitive for what we are offering (i.e. location, A/C, unlimited individual access etc).
Feel free to PM if interested. So far, I've really only mentioned it to Ferrari guys/gals.

As promised, we will host the opening party this Thursday evening, Aug 1! Thanks for all the interest so far. If you'd like to swing by and check out the place, have a drink and hang out with other enthusiasts, let me know and I can send details.

A few spots remain if anyone needs A/C space as we enter the hot months. So far, we have a great group of guys and some incredible Ferrari's!

What type of air conditioning do you use for such a large space?

Two 7.5 ton commercial units do the trick. That was a considerable portion of the up front costs. Worth it though, the space is much more usable and the cars are happy.
