F8 's steering feel is a clear improvement over GTB but that is where it stops. To compare it to the precision and feel of a Gt3 rs is being unrealistic.

Now all they have to do is get rid of the other clutter and put it back where it belongs (indicators, lights, washers) and stop with the short paddle BS.

Just dropped $20K deposit last week and built at the dealer yesterday. Time to move on from the 488. Not sure when the car is expected as of yet.

Just did a 1 hour test drive today; loved how it sticks to the road.

Sound was not like my F430 to be honest; different.

I wonder how quickly you get used to the rear view though the plexi glass? You get a double vision.

Beautiful color combination! I would go for something like that as well.

SF90 engine based on F8 is 25 kg lighter and +60 BHP. Drop that into the F8 for a final VS ?

I know it's not likely, otherwise would out do the Pista.

Ive been saying that all along. 4 liter SF90 in the F8 for a speciale. Many say there wont be a Speciale version but my gut says there will be. I guess we will have to wait at least a year to find out.

Makes sense they would have to wait until all Pista deliveries done at least.By then they will know about demand for SF90 /LB and estimate if they have spare capacity for the 'bomb'

I hope they make one as I would like to buy one being the final ice only v8 mid engine but let's see, many many people are saying they will not make one but, let's see. Any idea when pista deliveries will all be completed?

If you get the F8 Spyder that might be the last one anyway.

Pista will come up against the GPF regs , so they must be cranking em out now, unless they get a further extension due covid. Some guys saying you can still walk in and order one ...

it makes ZERO business sense for them not to do this unless their worry is that this engine is too laggy without the electric assist.

I fully agree with you. Is a no brainer for them to make some more money. Specially now that car manufactures will probably get a bit of extra time for EU regulations

It wouldnt matter what they put into it because its too heavy and you can barely even hear it. So as a sports car what good is it when two of the most important elements have been defeated?

It’s not all about just being fast. Desirably the car would be half a ton less just for starters. But then what can be done to recover the sound? Frankly a Speciale never looked such an attractive proposition in Ferrari world.
