Yes, that’s the battery tender wire. Thanks for the advice. I hate leaving the windows down. The car sits for a while between uses and I’m usually greeted by a spider or two as a result. Again, thanks for the observation and advice.

You are most welcome. Before I knew, I used to lower the window slightly, then use painter's tape to close off the gap - what a pain!

I just bought a couple of ctek battery tenders for a couple of cars - one is a GT3. Where are you running your charger cables to that takes them through the window? I’ve read about Porsche having some sort of cigarette lighter adapter but of course, the ctek branded unit doesn’t come with that accessory, so just researching the best connection method for the GT3 in the absence of that fitting

The new Cteks have an in-line connector so you can swap in different cable ends. I'm sure you can either buy one directly or easily assemble a lighter adapter to your unit if no better method.

Tell you friend to keep me on his radar, but not selling at this stage. It's an absolute mint condition one and I'm not quite ready to let it go just yet :)

The one you want. 1995. Basically it ticks all the boxes.

1995 Red over tan, has the tough to find carbon fibre seats, gated manual... Pretty much unmarked, it's a real beauty. No issues at all with it, not even a single sticky button... It's a real good one.

Nice collection. A boxer is needed to fill the gap ('74-'84) of the 12 cylinders.

On my Porsches I find it best to connect directly to the battery (in the trunk under the plastic panel closest to the windshield) using the connector that comes with the Ctek charger. Then I use this additional cable so I have enough to run from the charger on the ground, to the connector on the battery. I just leave the 12-18" section thats connected to the battery, and run it under the panel that covers the battery. Now you have a simple quick disconnect. Hope that makes sense.

Doors are in! One is powered with remote control, the other is manual. I figured it would rarely be opened so there was no point.

And, 60 yds. of concrete later. I poured it 6" thick. I figured a little more money in concrete now could save me $$$ and headaches later vs. doing a 3.5" pour.

Next up is wiring, the insulation, the a/c's. The floor epoxy instructions say to let new concrete cure for 29 days prior to application.
