    Yes Paul, an antenna it is indeed. The car has it since it was delivered: the first owner used a kind of radio-telephone that was "cutting edge technology" in the day, but needed the antenna. Actually, the blade can be easily unscrewed, leaving only the stump.
    I don't mind it: its part of the history of the car. One day, when the car will be repainted, I suppose it will go...
