I wanted to see if anyone was heading over to this in September. There is potential for it to be a great event but it could also be a huge flop. I'm going to check it out, I have booked a room right down the street so we will see how it is. If more people, are going it would be a great time to meet up and make the drive.

First Ive heard of it but I am intrigued. Is this a new thing or have they been going for a while? Weird year for mass events.

Sounds interesting. I’ve driven through Groesbeck a ton going between Dallas and College Station and always wondered what Fort Parker was like. I’m curious how smooth the road that plan to race on is. Also curious what cars will be racing.

FYI, that park road is narrow and rough unless they've improved it..... lived in the area for 20+ years. The story behind the Fort is more interesting than the Fort itself, And my favorite BBQ place near Mexia is now closed and there isn't much to do in the general area worth noting.

Interesting. I've got an uncle with a nearby ranch in Mexia, I might head that way and check it out...

Me and a bud are going. Hope it gets a good turnout and continues to grow.

From what I hear (a friend of mine lives in Waco) the road is amazing now. I have never been out that way so I don't know how good/bad it is.

    First year for it.
