But, I actually don't mind it. Especially the interior.

Yeah. Agreed. The grille is not great.

A lot of cars these days seem to not quite get the styling right. Either the front or the back is not really in keeping with the rest of the car:
720S. F8. SF90. All the new BMWs with the ludicrous front grille.

Makes me wonder when was the last time a car was more or less perfect, from a styling point of view.

Ferrari wise, I'm thinking 458?

 

720s is gorgeous.

 

Styling is subjective however. There's no right or wrong. Current cars seem to possess a somewhat vulgar and excessive road presence to me at least. Your mention of the BMW grille is a good case in point. And each successive supercar has to appear more aggressive and larger than the previous.

Modern safety and aerodynamic requirements dictate a certain homogenised look amongst the current offerings but I think that's often used as an excuse for designers to be lazy.

From a styling point of view, I like the Roma. The promotional images suggest it's quite a large car, and I think works better in a darker colour, a blue or grey perhaps IMO.

I like a Ferrari front grille to be in anodised silver. This would certainly be possible through the personalisation program for the Roma. Might even be less than $75,000

 

I really love the profile and the rear, but can't get past the headlights.
Probably very colour sensitive.

On a more mundane note, I was pleased to hear BMW are finally going to do an M3 wagon, but unfortunately it's likely to be saddled with that ridiculous grille.

 

I think it's ugly. Looks like a wasp that's had a reach-a-round from a Unimog.

Maybe red is the only colour it doesn't work in?

I suspect rosso corsa suits the mid-engined V8s best.
There is a deep red that looks great on the F12 and Portofino, though.

Oh yeah, that's a lovely colour IMO. Saw an F12 at the NSW show a few years back, looked amazing.
