Yes, I remember now. I just copied the caption from the picture stating it was 4381SA that was posted by David Rees on FB. Funnily enough there was something in the back of my mind remembering the discussion when I saw the picture.

Just curious, but does anyone know why #4381 now has a non original bump on the engine cover? Did they have an issue when the remounted the body on the chassis after it's movie body was removed?

If anyone knows who owns #6923 nowadays, I bought some old books from John, and this CA reg card fell out of one of the pages on a 275 book (go figure? lol)

(he doesn't live at that address anymore, so hopefully it's ok to share like this, and he's a good friend)

Could it be something to do with the cold air tray that was fitted to it?

Maybe a dumb question, but which engine is this? 250, 275, 330?

Hard to be absolutely sure but I lean towards a 275.

The engine in the photo with Enzo is a late 250 motor with the five stud valve covers. The Tipo 163 engines for the 400SA and 330LM had seven stud valve covers. It is not a 275 three carb motor as the rear throttle cable mount is not on the top inside of the rear of the valve cover. Late GTE or Lusso. The photo posted is not very clear, so if somebody has a better copy to post, I can be more definitive.

No, of course not... while it was meant to reply to your post, I referred with the link to the image of miurasv on top of that post... my mistake!

Agree, carbs are 36 DCS - so it is a 250 of 1963-64.
