Hopefully it’s a good one. I initially wanted a spider because Berlinettas don’t come often but we will see! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
A few more are popping up with higher asking prices: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1999-Ferrari-355-GTS/324270215378?hash=item4b8002d0d2:g7QAAOSwACRfQcV-
Looks like the red GTS sold or is off the mkt- I think the only manual non-spider for sale <100k right now is the silver/blue one. Am I missing any others?
What’s surprising is that the previous red berlinettas last year on BaT went to like 75-80k and spiders didn’t do well but now nothing is offered for sale or with much higher asking prices. I’d be curious to know actual sale prices. Seems like a few on the forum one red with accident and upgraded brakes and one red with 35k miles but super neat sold super fast at or close to asking. Auctions price seem also all over the map with spiders mostly in the 50’ low 60’s for F1. Hard to read! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I had a look at classifieds and this the extra ones I saw: 98-Yellow GTS- asking 110 now with 31k miles 98-Grey gtb-11k miles- asking 135k 96-Yellow-GTB-37k miles, still for sale-92k? Recent sale: 99-yellow-33k miles, just sold - some small issues but they all do I guess-92k sale price? 95-red-39k miles, with upgrades and small accident sold same day posted on site at 72k or so 95-red-35k, really nice and all fixed 85k, sold in 1 week or so Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Anybody got a line on a good gated Spider for sale? I am getting tired of waiting for the right blue one to show up.
I have a CdF ‘95 355 myself...they are beautiful! Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Is the market for late year GTS models pretty small? Do GTS models tend to command a slightly higher sale price?
I think the market floats back and forth a bit with the highest prices going to: challenge cars that are sorted then fiorano stick spiders then fiorano F1 spiders, 95 Berlinetta or any stick GTS then rest of 96-99 stick berlinetta and F1 gts then F1 berlinetta then challenge cars that are not sorted then stick spiders then F1 spiders of course all cars are valued on condition, records, miles, etc and of course dealers trying to push the market... so you will see some exceptional cars in a lower category pushing up and some poor examples heading down. but I think in general, the list above seems the heirarchy of pricing. Why? The black got 96k. I’m missing something surely? Is Berlinetta >gtb? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
