I just received my 812 and found it has no English language option in the menu. It has German, Portuguese, and Chinese. The car is an import and there is no Ferrari dealership in my country. Does anyone know if there is any way for me to add English menus?? Or am I basically stuck with it as it is?
Turns out, for some reason there are 2 separate menus with 2 settings pages. The right one only has 3 languages (no english). The left has "American" as a possible language. Thankfully choosing it makes all displays show information in English.
Same here I actually started thinking about whether I will start learning German, or if Portuguese would be easier. (not joking)

If I had the menu in front of me, I'm sure I could show you what to do. Unfortunately my car isn't accessible to me right now. But it isn't too complicated, so get familiar with the buttons and with the left menu, and you will find a languages menu in there for sure.
