Bought the first Ferrari. Fits me intoxicatingly perfect. Bought my first t-shirt, polo, and button down official/licensed Ferrari shirts. If you are taking the time to read this, you know where I am going. Where the hell do you go to buy official/licensed Ferrari clothing in AMERICAN/UNITED STATES donut eating sizes so that when I buy an XXL, its actually an XXL??????? #MERICA
Hi Daryl!! AND WELCOME TO THE INSANITY!!! This is your one stop shop for ALL FERRARI-LAMBORGHINI-ASTON MARTIN AND PORSCHE- OFFICIAL CLOTHING SPEEDGEAR.COM
The actual vs. tagged sizing changed dramatically several years ago. I still have some polo shirts I bought about the time I bought my car 16 years ago. They are tagged L and XL, fit me fine to this day, and were made in Italy. The current offerings require me to get a tagged size of XXXL or even XXXXL, and are no longer made in Italy. Laying the shirts on top of each other the old XL is about the same size as the current XXXXL. Current Ferrari clothing size tags should be nominated for and receive a Pulitzer Prize for fiction.
What XXXL is in America is not necessarily XXXL in Italy. Seriously. Different systems/designations. Marcel Massini
"UNITED STATES donut eating sizes" nearly put my coffee on my laptop screen. I had to read it a few times...a nice giggle to start my day, thank you.
I second the recommendation to shop at the Puma store. I will even go further and let you know which one..... If you have the chance to make it to New York City, go to their Flagship store @ 609 5th Ave. My wife and I visited the city and found it a bust when we were looking for Ferrari merchandise and we even asked the Ferrari (Taylor Made) Store for guidance. A big disappointment to say the least as they knew of nowhere to go. Somebody else said to try the Puma store and we ended up going there 4 of the 5 days we were in the city. There a large selection of F1 team clothing and shoes available and for a minimal charge of $10 they can be embroidered to your liking. (I has 2 shirts done and they said they could even do shoes). They turned out beautiful. My wife loved the store so much she purchased some clothes and had some custom work done for herself! They also have a fun F1 simulator that 2 people can play (free of charge) if you feel up to it. Long story short, I this was one of my best experiences regarding our trip and I even called the store manager and told him so. He was quite impressed that a customer would call up from across the country and let him know about his time in the store. I told him that I would surely be back and that I would tell all my friends....... Regards, Gene Greer
I would say you gotta show up in person— my 11.5 foot fits perfectly in the Puma Ferrari size 13 US that I found on the clearance rack. fwiw
Federal government report earlier this year: 40% of adult Americans are obese,10% morbidly obese (they use a euphemism now for "morbidly",but I don't remember it).
Hilarious. I bought an XL button down shirt off ebay and it was so small i gave it to my 14 year old daughter who is an absolute twig and it fit her perfectly.
I looked it up. It's from the CDC,and they say "severely obese". And "obese" means "seriously overweight".
I appreciate the suggestions. Now who wants to buy an XXL Polo or T or buttoned down official licensed Ferrari F1 shirt, made to fit an American sized 10 year old or adult dwarf?
Holy crap mike, I havent seen that name since 2001. I used to order everything through that skimpy form in the car magazines!
Went to a Puma outlet store yesterday. I now own 3 Ferrari shirts that actually fit! Went to a Puma outlet store yesterday. I now own 3 Ferrari shirts that actually fit! Thanks for the advice!!
