I don't think you have to be an owner to register.

Hmm. Not sure. Can you just sign up on the website? Maybe download the app and setup an account there?

Not sure it is the same now but when MyFerrari was first launched online well before the app, one would register with their dealer to acknowledge they were either a current owner or had a model ordered and then were assigned a PIN they could use to register online.

The new 3D configurator keeps crashing on an iPad. Ferrari - great cars, poor I.T.

Same issue with laptop. Need to try on my new desktop. In the end, though, it appears to be mostly fancier (slower) graphics and a few more options like clicking off/on shields.

Tom, stop throwing shade on the shields! (Learned that phrase from my kids...)

I currently only have an iPad. I’ve gone to the desktop website on the iPad, but it still crashed. The main benefit I’m told is that it allows you to specify all interior options, including all the different internal “piping” colours with all leather combinations.
I’m new to Ferrari, they definitely need to up their game with the App.

Marcel thank you very much for sharing so many of your pictures of the wonderful looking Roma from that Ferrari event. The Grigio Ferro with cuoio build spec and those silver wheels looks perfect!
That somewhat controversial front grill appears like a modern interpretation of the old 1950's style of 'egg crate' grill.

Drove it today. Took my F12 to the dealership for contrast.

Have to say it is impressive. Easy to get in and out. Usability off the scale. Very peppy. Not raw but polished. Big inside but a cloistered feeling with very comfortable seating adjusted in the center console display.

Handled very well in all aspects of the drive- streets highway and traffic. Nice tech but there were glitches.......

Overall Great care, almost too good.

Oh btw one inch longer than the f12.

Got back in my F12 and asked myself would I trade this for that ?

Oh color? As Marcel suggested this car looks amazing in almost any color. Light metallics show the lines, dark flats show the profile and volume, and the reds look amazing as well.

    Shields or no shields ?

For me Rosso Bordeaux with the two tone black/ coiuo and no shields. Silver tips and magnaride is a must. Of course apple play.

Trade an F12 to get a Roma? NO!
That really should NOT be the question. No sane person goes from 12 cyl down to 8 cyl.
If you have an 8 cyl already now, then go and get a V12.
If you already have an F12 or 812 SF now, then buy a Roma as second car.

Buys a sexy white 488 and now he's talking like a YouTube influencer! :p

Then you sit in the Roma, look @ the all electronics, haptics, etc. and it gives me a few moments of pause.
Car's a looker though, front grill notwithstanding.
