The only thing I wish they would start doing again is photoetch window frames on atleast the side windows. They look so much better than bare metal foil or chrome paint.
More photos of the Meng Ford GT40 1/12th kit. It should be released before the end of the year according to sources. https://www.facebook.com/MENG-195290177250981 Not cheap unless you compare to a 1/12th MFH. Image Unavailable, Please Login
SMP24 Ferrari 365P 1/24th scale in progress. Maybe Technomodel should use him for their horrid 1/18th models. He does pretty good work Image Unavailable, Please Login
Coming next from FPPM this time in 1/20th scale... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
It's a pre painted already partly assembled kit so it is really easy to put together, although I do not have one as I don't like the Enzo's looks. One of the ugliest street cars Ferrari ever produced.
There's also the full on kit version #12047. I think it would make for a cool display, gullwing doors open, cool looking engine behind glass, large scoops, but I understand the Enzo's looks are polarizing. -F
Another new model from SMP24, the 1965 206S show car in 1/24th. I already have a very good ABC model of this car in 1/24th, maybe their best model ever!! But it's very rare and impossible to find. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I never understood why there is no 1/18 model of the 206S. One of the prettiest Dinos / Ferraris ever built, I think. Hopefully some other company than Tecnomodel will give it a try.
Just announced in 1/24th scale by NuNu Beemax... I am not an Audi fan but this car is special. I remember seeing a bunch of the street version lined up at Laguan Seca during the historical races. Cool car no matter who made it Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Next Hiro 1/12th will be the 1995 Mclaren BMW GTR F1. Jaykay on F1M figured it out. Here is the best clue... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Wow. Any of you guys picking up the recent 1/12 releases from Hiro, this one, the Porsche Le Mans prototype race from back in the day?
Next up from Hiro. I already have to many Hiro models. I wish they would do a few more curbside. The full detail take to long to build. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I'd love to get one or two of these... Tom, forgive me for asking something you've probably answered more than once before...but who sells these or where can I order/buy them? Thanks!
Marshall, my source: https://www.keystone-models.com/newkittop.htm Mr. Hashizume Tsuneo Email: [email protected] Hashizume-san is a very nice and reliable guy.
I have the 288 GTO and echo F1Tommy's comments. 80 per cent assembled. The detail and paint quality are very good.

Yes!!! I've waited for the J car for years, the MPC wasn't all that great. Now to find someone to paint it for me..............
FPPM has now done a set of late 1930's wire wheels in 1/20th scale for the GP Mercedes and Auto Unions. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Speichenrader-1-20-hand-laced-wire-wheels-for-GP-Mercedes-Auto-UNION-sets-of-4/114522757409?hash=item1aaa169921:g:n4UAAOSw2UpfsrzX
The following kits are rather crude and several are closer to 1/25th than 1/24th scale, but they are rare subjects. I have the Austin Healey and it will require alot of work. They also did the Mercedes SPA 24hrs winner from 1971 and it is a crude model. They are on ebay. https://www.ebay.com/sch/pragabd/m.html?item=154197355762&hash=item23e6e0ecf2%3Ag%3A1TYAAOSwaSlfsoIy&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
