I thought Storica was a good bit darker. Whatever color, nice and simple, but still shows off the lines of the Monza...T

It is darker. I was commenting on the headrest done with a track layout and mentioned Mugello which would work if you painted an SP1 in the Ferrari F1 color used this year at their track.

Resolution was poor in my screen. Now in that picture you attach it's even poorer: no trace of good old Monza ring! :D

This may be the older circa 2006 Rosso Corsa color. Hard to tell from a picture but the old red is a very nice shade in person!

    Thank you for your help.

My final selections are due this week before my SP2 goes into production.

Having a difficult time between choosing a simple and clean spec with no stripes or going with something a little more bold.

The Monza to me has the most beautiful lines and it seems that a clean spec may be a more complementary and desirable way to go versus a more bold spec design. I know..first world problems.

I haven’t been following this thread very closely, but have there been any changes in the “ability to drive these in the USA” status ? Last I heard it was illegal - so are USA owners driving them ? If so, how ? Just take a chance ?

Would any owner give some feedback on the car (how it drives etc.)?

We all know that it is a masterpiece from outside.

I am receiving my Monza this month and will let you know how it drives on the road.

I did drive a Monza at Fiorano about 15 months ago and it was an animal. It’s a TDF with 40 more horsepower and a better developed suspension and rear wheel steering. It weighs approximately the same as the TDF but has a lower center of gravity. It produces wheel spin anytime in any of the first three gears and handles like a refined TDF, but has a more raw feel than an 812 Superfast. The visibility and being able to place the car where you want it is uncanny, but sunglasses against the wind over 80mph doesn’t work. You need a full face helmet or goggles or your eyes will be watering. The V12 sounds great and encourages the loud pedal being used time and again.

Can’t wait to receive the SP2, I think it’s the sexiest Ferrari built in the last 50 years and it goes like a banshee!

If I recall correctly it will be a white with some sort of blue livery. Not sure if his was like a 1957 white 250 TR for the inspiration but maybe he will share a render of the design idea?

Does "blue" paint for the livery count? ;)
