Interesting take.... in not wanting to give Vettel his due today. He dominated Leclerc all race long and was behind Leclerc later in the rac just because the team messed up his pitstop. I assume we saw the same race today. But we can agree to disagree. :) ;)

So the fact he hasn't publicly "owned up" to having hair implants is something that bothers you?

Leclerc gained 10 seconds in the 3 laps...and Leclerc gained another 6 seconds in the pitstop (total pitstop time).

16 seconds is not to be sniffed at :)

Leclerc was never more than 5.5 seconds ahead of Vettel. Vettel lost a lot due to strategy.

Why does it have to be ''bothers''? Can't he poke fun at his hair?

It goes to the character of the person. To some, disregarding the truth is inconsequential; to others it really matters.

Doesn’t bother me, just shows on that topic he isn’t as sincere as the Tupac one. U got understand: strong gangstas like him admitting to
Having implants would be a bad deal to his image;)

At least he made better use of his than Wayne Rooney !

So again don’t make me say something I haven’t. I promise u ask me something I’m going to tell u straight up what I think.

It’s all fun and games though. Honestly who wouldn’t love to have unlimited cash, success etc. Good for him on all fronts. I truly believe that is inspiring for everyone to achieve their dreams. I certainly hope all of us on this forum are achieving theirs and/or strive to!

So THAT is the reason why your car only has 100 miles in one year? :) :) ;)

You really do seem to know a lot about Mr Hamilton, it is most enlightening or worrying depending on ones take, for someone that keeps reiterating they are not bothered...:)

And why wouldn’t i? I’m a fan of F1 and the gossips, like Schumacher stole HHF girlfriend and married her, great stuff, Jaques Villeneuve is a singer and recorded an album, Ayrton Senna could run the marathon, Mansell loved spending time in the pub, Kimi was once kicked out of a strip joint for Indulging himself, David coulthard once crashed his private airplane in my hometown of Lyon , France, pilot died only to win the following week the GP Grand Prix if memory serves, hé ended up marrying a French tv host from TF1 years later.
I love all F1- the race, technical aspects, the stats and the gossips;)
Happy? Nothing to do with Hamilton - it’s all crusty funny details part of the paddock life
Why would any of that bother me? None of it is bothering me. Wont make me go to bed happier or richer u on the other end seem to want it to bother me. Doesn’t;)
If u asked me the true question do I care for Lewis? I’d tell u I find some aspects of his personality hard to find sincere but respect his achievements and would love his lifestyle... what bothers me is that he didn’t marry Nicole NOW that I concede bothers me ;)

It's difficult to argue it's all the car when that's what his tires looked like at the end after one-stopping on lap 8. Like him or not, he's a great driver.

    All the best,
    Andrew.

The intermediates have a lower operating temperature. the low ambient temperatures meant putting slicks on would be very hard to get them working....and the track having almost completely dried up on the racing line, there was little point in switching any more. The slick turned intermediates where actually the best tyre to be on. Most surface area, best operating temperature.

The current and former F1 drivers I heard commenting on the condition of his tires seemed to think that the lack of tread would have made that set susceptible to aquaplaning and the lack of thickness to the rubber would have caused them to lose temperature rapidly.

Speaking to Sky F1, Vettel said, “Yeah, I think it was a very long race. I was quite sure that Lewis can’t stay out on these tires, but he managed. Obviously he drove fantastically well and in all fairness, it is a good result for us.”

    Credit where it's due.

    All the best,
    Andrew.
