The only thing I wish they would start doing again is photoetch window frames on atleast the side windows. They look so much better than bare metal foil or chrome paint.

SMP24 Ferrari 365P 1/24th scale in progress. Maybe Technomodel should use him for their horrid 1/18th models. He does pretty good work

Has anyone here built the 1/12 Enzo by Tamiya? Just curious how it went.

It's a pre painted already partly assembled kit so it is really easy to put together, although I do not have one as I don't like the Enzo's looks. One of the ugliest street cars Ferrari ever produced.

There's also the full on kit version #12047. I think it would make for a cool display, gullwing doors open, cool looking engine behind glass, large scoops, but I understand the Enzo's looks are polarizing. :)

Another new model from SMP24, the 1965 206S show car in 1/24th. I already have a very good ABC model of this car in 1/24th, maybe their best model ever!! But it's very rare and impossible to find.

I never understood why there is no 1/18 model of the 206S. One of the prettiest Dinos / Ferraris ever built, I think. Hopefully some other company than Tecnomodel will give it a try.

Next up from Hiro. I already have to many Hiro models. I wish they would do a few more curbside. The full detail take to long to build.

I have the 288 GTO and echo F1Tommy's comments. 80 per cent assembled. The detail and paint quality are very good.

The following kits are rather crude and several are closer to 1/25th than 1/24th scale, but they are rare subjects. I have the Austin Healey and it will require alot of work. They also did the Mercedes SPA 24hrs winner from 1971 and it is a crude model. They are on ebay.
