Seb sounds mentally better. Even though only P11 he doesn’t seem deflated, more frustrated. Maybe he sees the light at the end of the tunnel with Aston.

Sad that Racing Point screwed up Lance's qualifying. Darn he was 2nd in Q1.

However, a red flag caused by Carlos Sainz Jr's spin meant Stroll had to abort the lap.

When the session restarted, he went out on the same, now used mediums, while others had a fresh set.

Stroll believed there was still time to pit and use softs for a final run to get into Q3 if his time on the mediums was not good enough.

That wasn't the case and, when his medium failed to put him in the top 10, he had no opportunity to respond.

Stroll indicated that, had he known there was only time for one run, he would have probably have opted for the soft, rather than the used mediums.

"We had the wrong tyres on the car," he said.

"I think we should have been on the softs, not on the mediums.

"It was no one's fault. Between me and the team we have to look back at it. That just cost us.

That's the "great" Louise-era, mister. It's almost over.

Let's hope the coming of Domenicali as big boss, and Alonso as the cat amongst the pigeons, will bring some spicy pepper to the tasteless soup F1 has become.

Lack of posts is very typical here after a title or titles are sorted.................

No, it’s typical of a sport when you know the winners in advance.

Many knew LH would win most races after attaining pole. They post, after titles fewer posts lol.

On a completely different note -
When qualifying was over and Max got weighed in the garage I noticed 2 white cars
I can’t make out what they were
Anyone like to take a guess?
