We appreciate the early adapters here, but I think it's fair to say when you are working with a new company with a new niche service, lots of hiccups should be expected. At the very least, the customer should be satisfied with the final product even if sloppy mishaps occur that are a bit outside of the main objective. Anyone here work on their car and never lost a bolt/nut?

Regarding others who actually have problems with the conversion, that certainly needs to be resolved. No one wants to be left with a car that doesn't work and no one qualified to fix it.

Considering the last manual 430 on BAT sold for $190k+, my opinion is EAG has a lucrative opportunity here to corner a niche service. It would serve them best in the long run to make their wrongs right.

When arrived to test drive my car, I told him I can take the parts with me when I fly home but he said he’ll ship them with the car. Days before the car got picked up, I even shot him a text to remind him, later he blamed it on his staff.

I spoke with a member who has far worse problem than me, guess I’m one of the lucky one. His car went straight to the shop after it got delivered back to him and Art won’t make it right. I hope he will post his story after he gets it all resolved

Plan the work. Work the plan. I'm embarking on a new business venture. I have been criticized for being too slow. I'd rather try to get it right than **** it royalty.

I hope he posts too. Hopefully it will put eag out of business. There are 3 sides to every story, including yours.

I’m not trying to put him out of business, don’t put too much on the plate if he can’t handle it. People work hard for their money, we just want what we paid for. I just want people to be careful.

6 weeks, I didn’t plan on posting this but when the clutch arrived and he avoided me, that was the last straw

I smell some collusion but it’s a free country.
So what he do wrong? He sent you someone else’s clutch is what you are alleging?

As a car owner, I think I did my part, flying out, being patient, paid for the work. What would you have done different?

Beats me. Are you trying to say owing a Ferrari is a rational decision?

I’m sure of it, I have pics from when I visited and he showed me my clutch. He stated I should sell it. The one he sent me, all chewed up

Did you pay full price for everything or did you ask for discounts?

    Thanks for your post.
Let me know if this is the correct TL;DR:

    1) Missing cover bolts
    2) Missing Floor Mats
    3) Missing paddle covers
    4) Late/Lost shipping carrier
    5) Wrong clutch sent back

I doubt anybody would try to snag mats or bolts (on purpose), so probably best to just move on those - I'm assuming lost/accidentally put in another person's car. I don't know much about the paddle covers. Is that something that is plug and play? As in, can you just get them sent to you and you install yourself?

The shipping carrier situation sucks, but that might not be the business' fault (not saying it isn't either, just that it's plausible the shipper was 100% in the wrong.)

Really the only thing that's inexcusable to me (if true) is giving you a fried clutch versus your old one.

I just spoken to art. He sent back the original clutch. I believe art.
