I was out celebrating yesterday. One of my happiest days in a long time!

Fantastic race by Lance who fully deserved his third podium in his career underlining that he is currently the third most successful Canadian F1 driver. Fantastic!

I'm glad he has his mojo back. He showed a week ago that he is great on the Bahrain track but idiot Kvyat knocked him out. This time everything fit together. Here is hoping for Abu Dhabi, would be great if he could score some more points for his team.

PS: No fingernails left on my hands. I think the last time I was so nervous during the final stages of a race was when Hamilton won his first title.

 

Let's see how that works next year

Stroller is worst by the day, what an utter humiliation he sufered yesterday, he is so useless that he couldn't win even if anyone else parked their cars....

 

U guys are a bit tough. There has been way worse than him in the history of F1

I'm getting a kick out of the comments about how bad Lance is. Meanwhile the guy racks up palmares after palmares. Three podiums, a pole, leading GP laps and ton of WDC points so far. Sure more to come.

If somebody would actually bother to do the stats, there is a gazillion drivers in F1 history who haven't achieved as much and Lance is only getting started. He won't be a F1 great but a solid midfield driver who deserves his spot in the sport.

 

I wouldn't call 3rd last race as "humiliation".

 

Lance ran a fine race but I am losing faith with any good performances from him. Fairly steady, lap after lap, with some small mistakes. Overall he put the car in a podium which is great for the team!

However...he should have won. His race craft was way below those in the top 5 and with a couple more laps he would have lost his podium (in my opinion). Pretty clear and this post is as true as it can be today.
