    I was excited to try home made beer batter fish. Sadly the fish was frozen so I didn't dry it properly so it came off.

    Still tasty but wish it stuck.

    Went to Lil Mike's BBQ in Rigby, Idaho again today. This place is shockingly legit. Had a couple of slices of (very) moist/fatty brisket, 2 slices of turkey and 1 jalapeno/cheddar sausage, and a side of corn salad with fritos on top.

    The GF and I both really enjoy it. Melted cheese and what not inside. Toasted Naan tacos.

    Low and slow in the oven. Smaller piece of Brisket 5 hours at 300 something. First time trying it so not surprised.

    Did a meat lovers from Pizza Hut. My usual go to pizza doesn't deliver and the Hut does for a small fee. It was worth the extra few bucks, delivery fee and driver tip, to not go out of the house.

    They look it. You ever been to Memphis or other bbq locale in the South? If so, how do they compare? Best pork ribs I've had in Texas were at a microscopic joint in a nanoscopic joint west of Victoria.
