    Picking up a few Buffalo Trace and Blanton's from a friend since they are gifts. He was getting 6 Blanton's per week and that order was cut in half. Buffalo Trace will be harder to come by next year. Wilderness Trail seems to be around in VA.

    Loved the Rabbit Hole Boxergrail so I decided to go by Total wine to pick up a bottle of the Dareringer.

    Whilst there they had the last of the Kentucky Owl rye releases, so picked up a couple of bottles before it is no more.

    My daughter is a genius! This Dufftown (limited to 309 bottles) is the best scotch I've ever had and was sold out everywhere 5 years ago when I tried to search out another bottle... this Christmas she tracked down TWO bottles in an obscure German wine shop and had the foresight to buy both...:D

    Scored a couple of bottles of this year's WR Master's Collection.

    Also a Blanton's which I don't actually drink because although a decent bourbon, it is imo pretty much the most overpriced and overrated whiskey out there ... but I buy it when I find it because it makes for a fantastic gift as people think you're giving them something really special, so it makes them very happy. :)
